Heart Block 2nd Degree

Last Tuesday I had a pace maker implanted for 2nd degree heart block. A year and a half ago I endured open heart surgery for a tumor the size of a goose egg in my left atrium.
I don't mean to whine but darnit I could of had a stroke or a cardiac arrest! Then the last 2 days of work I have been winded while walking from my car to the building! I guess that I am scared for what could happen next!
Staying off the internet would probly be wise so I don't get worked up about the articles I have been reading!
I am just very sad and tearful this evening....oh well I will get over it

Happy Easter

I just love this photo! How fitting for Easter I can picture her out searching for colored eggs with her basket in tow.
Makes me reminisce about the old days when we would go to Aunt Mary's and Uncle Charlie's for Easter dinner and egg hunting. Lots of relation would be there and there would be great food and desserts . Then the older children would hide the eggs for us to hunt. I can see the lilac bush and the tulips and the wonderful colored eggs...red..purple..green...blue hidden in green grass clumps and tulip plants in trees and bushes.
My Aunt and Uncle are gone now and the old house doesn't look the same.Thank goodness you still have memory's
No egg hunt here today the kids do their own thing We gathered for a fine meal and deserts laughed and hugged. The kids are jumping on the trampoline and will have their own memory's of Easter.

Ready to bake their Pizza's


We had the best party ever! We made picture frames and  each girl made their own bracelet and a necklace.
Then they created their own pizza's  and ate them!
Madi's mamma made root beer floats for them . Cousin Braydon came over to help paint toe and finger nails.
There was no fighting or arguing and Christine said this was better than going to the Mall......Now what could be better than that!

Raider Fan Request

Bronco Wreath

This was a special request from my brother to make his wife Sarah a wreath for Christmas.

 I was so excited ... but he had special requests...No Tim Tebow ( What!!! ) And nothing 

that would give her an excuse to leave it up all year!No bright colors!

Wow..I went to town and found the Bronco material to cut and make the ribbon.
The Bronco head is a car decal and the glass football player I had in my collection
already. I picked up the Bronco ornament at Wal-Mart as well as the glass squirrel
and the plastic silver snow hat.The squirrel was applied for that country feel ( for my brother )

I was so nervous that he would not like it but he was pleasantly surprised. Sarah loved it
and as of today it is all packed up safely for next year.
He is a die hard Raider fan and quite the husband for having me make his wife this wreath!
